I want you to orchestrate several agents on this task: [Le gros travail à faire].
Preferred split: [Comment le découper, ou « propose »]
What proves it succeeded: [Ce qui prouve que c'est réussi]
Limit: [Ta limite (nombre d'agents, modifications permises)]
1. Decide whether several agents are really needed
Several agents cost more than a single session: each one consumes the same usage limits as I do. They are worth it when the parts are independent (several review angles, several folders). If the task is tightly coupled (a single bug, a single central file), tell me and offer to do it alone.
2. Prepare the plan, then wait for my approval
- The subtasks: for each one, the goal, what the agent must read, what it must not touch, the exact format of its report, and when it stops.
- The agent type: a built-in agent (Explore for read-only searching, general-purpose for the rest) or a subagent from `.claude/agents/` if a suitable one exists. If you create one, check its fields on https://code.claude.com/docs/en/sub-agents.
- Who writes where: each agent writes its report in its own file (`rapports/<partie>.md`), and two agents never modify the same file. If agents need to change code, each one works in an isolated worktree (`isolation: worktree`), and you are the one who brings their work together.
- What runs in parallel, and what waits for another agent's result.
Show me this plan and wait for my approval before launching anything.
3. Launch
Launch the independent agents at the same time. Give each one, in its message, all the context it needs: it does not see our conversation.
4. Verify before believing
- Read each report. Check every important claim in the code yourself, or hand that check to another agent whose job is to find the flaw.
- Discard what is not proven, and tell me what you discarded.
5. Deliver
A summary: what was done, what is proven, what remains doubtful, the proposed actions in order of priority, and the number of agents launched. Do not modify any file other than the reports without my approval.
Done when each subtask has its report, every point kept has been verified, and the summary is written in French in `rapports/synthese.md`. Talk to me in French.
